It's got enough gain and crunch for punk rock but enough mids and clarity for big open chords and whatnot. I find myself using this tone (or variations of it) on most of my original tracks I put together. |

Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: Kings X Comments: Here's the lead preset for Its Love from King's X's Faith Hope Love album. Fender Strat with Texas Special single coils were used for this one in the bridge position. Experiment with the delay black and also the other chorus block too, you can really use just about any combination of those with nice results. As always tweak to taste and have fun with it! As always tweak to taste and enjoy! Hopefully it will be a good starting point for someone wanting to dial in this tone with a strat with better pickups for the task than mine!
