Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: Yngwie J Malmsteen Comments: this is based on this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMhf_2dESt4&feature=youtu.be i used several guitars including a strat with EMG's and a Les Paul to get the tone close as i could. the boost control works the same as the real amp. add boost for more gain of course. i would think you could go about to 5 and get about the same boost as the real amp. i added a tube screamer and delay in case you want to shred like Yngwie; just enable them and shred! because the reverb in the video was a spring type, i used the same for this preset. i would rather use the 11R small room reverb with mix set at about 2.4 though. |

Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: n/a Comments: Based on the Ampeg Funk preset I did tune the compressors (right 2 times) added some Chorus (which leaves bass freq unprocessed) and tuned the reverb. You may want to add FX1 which is the Flanger (slightly tuned). |

Requires Expansion Pack: Yes Artist: Danny Danzi Comments: Used a Seymour Duncan JB (SH-4), was trying to dial up a more Vinnie Moore type sound but ended up having this cool Danny Danzi like sound, especially if you sweep sounds a lot like his sound on Happy to be Alive when he does his crazy sweep parts. I wish he could try this out and tweak it, but he uses a Digitech 2101 I think. |
