It is possible Avid may let someone else take over further development. I think one of the guys who had a major hand in it's development, is now gone and opened his on business, in the same field. Who knows? I think a lot of Eleven users will now move on to another processor. Actually, that might make a good poll question.

I'd be really pissed if I recently purchased one since I'm sure this will cause a number of people to sell and cause the price to plummet.
