I live about 30 minutes from their building and am considering driving over there and throwing my friggin 11R through their front window!! Just kiddin sort of! Turns out I need to upgrade my PT LE 8.0.1.to 8.0.5. but in order to do that it wants my systemID and Serial # which when I type it in it says I already activated it and cannot use it again!!! Just friggin great! FU very much Avid.I rather get a damn root canal at DMV than sit on hold again FOR HOURS!!

aussiebail veteran member Registered: 11/17/10 Posts: 678	If u call Avid they will give u the correct installation file. I had to do the same thing. It wasnt a big deal.
